How do I request a refund (iOS App)?

When you purchase a membership via our iOS app, all payments are processed through the App Store, not TINT. Those purchases are therefore not available for refunds via TINT.


If you want to request a refund for a purchase made through the iOS app, you will need to request the refund directly from the App Store. Apple provides detailed information on requesting a refund here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084 .

 

NOTE: Only purchases listed in your purchase history are eligible for refunds.  Purchases more than 90 days old do not qualify for a refund.


To request a refund:

-View your purchase history

-Locate the order that needs refunded

-Click Report a Problem

-Provide detailed information about why a refund is being requested

Apple will process the request and determine if it is possible to process the refund.
