I can't find a purchase in my account

If you can't find a purchased program in your account, there may be several reasons.

You will usually see your previously purchased programs under "My Library" right beneath the header once you're logged in. 

Another option is to add your previously purchased programs to "Favorites" and find it right away in your Profile under "Favorites". 






 
Once you have found your purchased program, you should be able to play it. You can identify whether you have access or not based on the symbols found next to the program overview.

A padlock symbol means you do not have access. See below:


 
The play button symbol means that you have access. See below.


 

If you have purchased a program successfully and still can not gain access, please report this as an issue via email to namaste@tintyoga.com
